Pathway Internships
We invest in raising up future leaders
We seek to reproduce and replace ourselves. We’re OK with things not being perfect because we love giving people an opportunity to grow. Egos aside — that is the way of Jesus. We plant for the future.
At Pathway , one of our core values is to raise up leaders for the Church and send out leaders to the Church and nations.
We don’t simply want to fill ministry positions or needs; we want to invest in people.
Our Internship Program was created to disciple and rasie up the next generation of pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, worship leaders, children’s leaders, youth leaders, and faithful servants of the Church
We believe the future of the Church is worth investing in now.

Discover and Sharpen Your Calling
You do not have to have your entire future figured out before becoming an intern.
In fact, one of the purposes of the internship is to create an environment where you can develop, sharpen, and discern your calling in ministry.
Through mentorship, hands-on experience, spiritual formation, leadership opportunities, and honest evaluation, we want to help interns better understand how God has gifted them and where He may be leading them.
Whether God ultimately calls you to serve as a pastor, missionary, worship leader, children’s leader, youth leader, another area of vocational ministry, or as a faithful leader within the local church, our desire is to help prepare you to serve Jesus wherever He sends you.
Raised by the Church. Sent by the Church.
We believe the local church should be a place where leaders are discovered, discipled, and sent out.
Our hope is that interns would not simply finish this internship or leave Pathway with ministry experience, but with a stronger relationship with Christ, deeper biblical convictions, greater leadership skills, clarity in their calling, and a heart to serve the Church.
We want to invest in the future of the Church by investing in future leaders today.
