Overview
The Set-Up Team serves behind the scenes to create a welcoming and functional environment where ministry can thrive. This team prepares the physical spaces that help guests feel comfortable and ready to connect—from the moment they arrive on campus.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Prepare Outdoor Spaces: Set up table umbrellas, the Welcome Tent, and any signage or banners that make the campus feel inviting.
- Unlock and Arrange Tables: Ensure tables are unlocked, clean, and properly arranged for hospitality areas, and outdoor gathering spaces.
- Tear Down: Some team members may also help take down and store items after services, keeping everything organized for the following week.
When & How Often
- Typically serve once per month, arriving 30 minutes before the first service.
- May serve again briefly after services to reset or store items.
