Overview

The Greeting & Usher Team helps create a warm and inviting first impression for everyone who attends church. Team members serve before and during services to ensure attenders feel noticed, valued, and connected.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Greet and Smile. Warmly welcome guests at entrances, doors, and throughout the lobby.

• Be a Friendly Guide. Assist guests with directions whether it’s to kids’ check-in, Higher Grounds, Gathering Point, Life Group classrooms, restrooms, or the auditorium.

• Engage Newcomers. Introduce yourself to new guests, answer questions, and connect them with next steps (like visiting a welcome table or filling out a connect card).

• Help Worship Service Flow. Seat attenders, hand out Sunday materials like the bulletin, and minimize distractions during service.
